Here's how Bourre Atlantic City describes themselves.

"An authentic Louisiana-style–gastro-pub which re-creates the colors, smells and sounds that, until now, could only be found in New Orleans.
Bywater Louisiana is a bohemian-vibe neighborhood known for its boisterous dive bars, hip restaurants, quirky boutiques that sell local & handmade goods, colorful street murals and of course great live, local music. We are bringing this to Atlantic City."

Full bar complete with the New Orleans Classic Hurricanes and live music every Tuesday.
The Menu Includes:

I stopped by, two hours after they opened their doors for the first time. I had read what they are bringing to Atlantic City and was really looking forward to checking this place out. I did before the crowds came and was pleasantly surprised. Bourre will be a great addition to Atlantic City's incredible dining choices and this eatery will become a hangout for many with its really laid back atmosphere and reasonable libation prices and cool Cajun Cuisine.
The owners are also opening another restaurant in Atlantic City called Bond Street near the new Stockton University Campus in the Fall 2018.

I did shoot this short video before the crowds came in for the opening
